NBA star Dwyane Wade and actress wife, Gabrielle Union, have sold their Miami Beach property for $22 million to a private buyer, according to The Wall Street Journal. The home sat on the market for almost two years. It first hit the market back in 2019 – at whopping $32 million.
Located in a gated neighborhood, the property boasts approximately 12,000-square-feet of living space. It features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, according to the listing. The two-story residence also comes with a huge basketball court and a salon. Other amenities include a movie room, a home office, a wine room, and a bar.
The retired NBA star purchased the property in 2010. Back then, he shelled out $10.6 million for the mansion. Wade and his wife put the Spanish-style on the market right after his final basketball game in 2019.
Brett Harrison of Douglas Elliman held the listing. He also represed the buyer.
