Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are moving to the neighborhood of Montecito, California.

According to Dirt, The Hollywood couple apparently snatched up the 5.2 acre property for $22.7 million. The Mediterranean-style property had been on and off-market for many years, originally priced at a whopping $29.5 million.

Called El Miraval Estate, the residence was originally designed by famed architect George Washington Smith. Built in 1923, the sprawling 12,663 square-feet estate features eight bedrooms and seven full and three half bathrooms, other amenities include living & dining rooms, a wine cellar, a home theatre. It also features a tennis court and a luxurious swimming pool.

The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the property.

The master bathroom has its own private terrace.

But this is not their only property. The couple also owns a $32 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, which they bought in 2018.
