The Oscar-nominated actress Margot Robbie and her husband, producer Tom Ackerley just listed their Handcock Park home. They are selling it for $3.48 million. That is $750,000 more than the couple paid for the two-story residence back in 2017, a year after it was built. The sale comes after the couple moved into a bigger home – which is located in Venice Beach.
The sprawling home boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms. There are also formal living and dining rooms and a cabana. According to the listing, the “Soho-inspired” house sits on a 6,508-square-feet lot and offers approximately 3,400-square-feet of interior living space.
Amenities include a wine cellar, media room, outdoor fireplace, swimming pool, and spa. It also includes a pet room and a camera security system.
